Any type of sweetener can be used to make popsicles. Use the same amount of granulated sugar, honey, or agave nectar.
The popsicle mixture will be thin, so if your popsicle mold doesn't have spots to hold the sticks upright, you may want to freeze the pops without sticks for about 30 minutes, then add the sticks once they're partially frozen.
